PERSONAL 

I am a native Kansas Citian who's Italian family roots go back nearly a century now and I am very passionate on building Kansas City. I truly believe it starts at home.

It is not uncommon to find me in my spare time with work gloves on, volunteering at Habitat for Humanity or at Kansas City's Rose Garden at Loose Park. 

PROFESSIONAL 

I am one of the very few Realtors in our Urban Core region who specializes to assist the typical Kansas Citian achieve their dream of homeownership.
As part of being a Workforce Housing Specialist my certification requires the following participation:

I started my career with a great locally owned bank in South Kansas City and for 5 years I learned commercial lending and construction loans. In 1996, I took this experience with me and began working for a little known company in Overland Park, KS and helped to develop a management team who specializes in public events for the financial industry, specifically for Wall Street in New York. Working with CEO's and CFO's in a very time sensitive environment, formed my work ethics that I bring to my Real Estate clients today. This little local company is now a publicly traded global company who is now based out of Atlanta GA.  

I am a licensed Realtor in both Kansas and Missouri. I specialize in representing my clients in both the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property within the Kansas City Metro. I truly love Kansas City and pride myself on my knowledge of current transactions, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspection information.
